Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the Gram Gaming Media Telegram service for receiving promotional videos, submitting publications and participating in creator campaigns.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to lawfully use Telegram and each connected social platform. You are responsible for your connected accounts, submitted wallet address and compliance with the rules of TikTok, YouTube and other platforms you use.
2. Campaign workflow
Each issued video is intended for one approved publication. You may not resell, redistribute, submit the same publication more than once or claim another creator’s publication. Submitted links and public statistics may be reviewed automatically and manually.
3. Creator responsibilities
- Publish only through an account you own or are authorized to operate.
- Follow advertising disclosure, intellectual property and community rules applicable to the publication.
- Do not manipulate views, engagement, referrals or campaign verification.
- Do not attempt to bypass service limits, access another creator’s data or interfere with the service.
4. Review and rewards
A submission may be accepted, rejected or held for additional review. Displayed balances are service records and are not bank deposits. Rewards and payout timing depend on campaign rules, verification, available payout methods and fraud checks. We may correct duplicate or erroneous entries with an auditable adjustment.
5. Content
We grant an approved creator a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to publish an issued campaign video for the assigned campaign. All other rights remain with their respective owners. You retain rights to your own account and original materials.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access or reject a submission when we reasonably detect fraud, platform violations, security risks or a breach of these terms. You may stop using the service and request account disconnection at any time.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a specific number of videos, views or earnings. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for platform outages, account moderation by third parties or indirect losses.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when features or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the current terms. Questions may be sent through @pvpmediabot.
