Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Gram Gaming Media processes information when creators use our Telegram partner service and connect supported social accounts.
1. Information we process
- Telegram account data supplied by Telegram, including user ID, display name, username and profile photo when available.
- Creator settings, including public channel names, public social account identifiers, promo codes and a payout wallet address.
- Publication links and public campaign statistics such as views, likes, comments and shares.
- Operational records including assigned videos, moderation decisions, reward balances, payout requests and security logs.
- When a creator connects TikTok, the authorization tokens and identifiers required to access the public profile and public video data authorized by that creator.
2. How information is used
We use this information to authenticate creators, issue one-time media assets, verify that submitted publications belong to an approved account, measure campaign results, calculate rewards, prevent duplicate submissions and abuse, support users and meet legal or accounting obligations.
3. TikTok data
We request only the permissions shown during TikTok authorization. We do not request a creator’s TikTok password and do not publish or delete TikTok content on the creator’s behalf. TikTok data is used to verify account ownership and retrieve public video information and metrics for submitted campaigns.
4. Storage and sharing
Access tokens are stored server-side and access is limited to the service. We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure providers strictly to operate the service, or disclosed when required by law. Public publication statistics may be shared with the campaign administrator responsible for moderation and rewards.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain active account and campaign records while the service is used. Security, payout and audit records may be retained as necessary to prevent fraud or satisfy legal obligations. A creator may request account disconnection or deletion through the Telegram bot. OAuth tokens are revoked or removed when the connected account is disconnected, subject to backup rotation and legal retention requirements.
6. Your choices
You may decline social account authorization, disconnect an account, stop using the service or request access, correction or deletion of your data by contacting us through @pvpmediabot.
7. Updates
We may update this policy as the service changes. The current version and effective date will remain available at this URL.
